 SHIPPING INFO:

Processing Time: Order Verification, Quality Check, and Packaging. All orders are received within 24 hours of being placed. Your order will be processed quickly and packaged safely and in a timely manner within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Time: This refers to the amount of time it takes for your item/s to be shipped from our warehouse to you. All items held in our Main US Warehouse are shipped via USPS, UPS, and FedEx and should be expected between 2-7 days after purchase date. All items held in our International Warehouses will take a little longer to receive. On average an estimated 7-25 days.This allows us to keep our prices low for our awesome customers! You will see your estimated delivery time in each product description before you buy.

Updates on your item/s shipping with be sent direct to you via email, along with tracking information. You may also visit our Order Tracking page to keep an eye on your item/s on their journey.

 RETURNS POLICY:

If you’re looking to return your order, we're here to help! We offer returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

If your item/s was received damaged or defective, you may contact us for a full refund. We will get some quick information about the problem, and may require pictures to make a claim on your behalf.

If you have simply changed your mind about your purchase, you may return your product for a full refund less return shipping concessions, to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
  • Bedding, clothing & pillows must have no visible signs of wear or use. If signs of use are shown, these items will be subject to an additional 10% cleaning fee.
  • Internationally Shipped items cannot be returned if they were received in good condition and as described. Damaged item/s will be fully refunded or replaced. (Displayed on every product page.)
